Whether you’re building your dream home from scratch or gutting an existing structure, here’s a step-by-step timeline from demolition to move-in:

Pre-Construction

Before the first wall comes down, there’s important prep work:

Permits + Approvals
We handle all city permits, HOA approvals (if needed), and environmental clearances.
Budgeting + Final Selections

Demolition + Site Prep

We start fresh:

Full or partial demolition of the existing structure

Sheathing and structural inspections

We schedule and pass all required inspections before we close anything up.

Insulation, Drywall & Exterior Finishes

Hanging drywall and applying texture
Stucco, siding, roofing, and exterior paint

Once drywall is up, your home feels 80% done—even if it’s only 50%.
