Our design, build, and remodel process involves several key stages.

Design Development

Once a concept is chosen, it is further refined and developed into detailed designs. This includes detailed scope of work for labor and rough materials,architectural drawings, engineering plans, and finish material selection. Collaboration with clients is crucial during this stage.

Planning and Concept Development

Our Architect,designers and project manager begin by understanding the client's requirements, objectives, and budget. This stage involves brainstorming, research, and creating initial design concepts.

Construction Documentation

Detailed construction documents are prepared, including technical drawings, specifications, 3D rendering and project schedules. These documents guide the construction process and serve as a reference for our contraction project managers.

Procurement

procure materials, equipment, and services needed for construction. This involves sourcing supply , rough and finish materials.

Construction and Project Management

The actual construction phase begins, where we coordinate various activities such as site preparation, foundation work, structural construction, electrical and plumbing installations, and interior finishes. Our Project managers oversee the entire process, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Quality Control and Inspections

Regular inspections are conducted to ensure construction meets safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Any necessary corrections or improvements are made during this stage.

Construction cleaning

The process of cleaning and tidying up a construction site after the completion of a building or renovation project involves removing debris, dust, and any remaining construction materials to ensure a clean and safe environment. Construction cleaning typically includes tasks such as interior and exterior cleaning, window washing, floor cleaning, dusting, and waste removal.

Handover and Occupancy

Once construction is complete, the project is handed over to the client. This involves final inspections, testing of systems, and obtaining certificates of occupancy. The client can now occupy and utilize the built / remodel space.

Warranty

We provide 4 years limited warranty on general work and 10 years limited warranty on structural work.
