The heart of the home was completely reimagined with a refined material palette: warm oak tones, Truffle White slab countertops, and creamy handmade Zellige backsplash tile. We installed a composite white granite workstation sink, sleek induction range, and a built-in combi steam oven for a chef-grade experience. With brushed brass accents and pendant lighting for warmth, the kitchen now exudes function and elegance in perfect balance.
02 kids bATHROOM
In the kids’ bath, playful yet sophisticated elements shine. We selected terrazzo-style porcelain flooring to introduce soft pattern and practicality, paired with vertical sage green shower tile for a calming vibe. Brass fixtures add warmth, while the glass enclosure and floating vanity maintain a sense of spaciousness. It’s a perfect mix of style, resilience, and ease for a growing family.
03 MASTER BATHROOM
The new primary bathroom is a serene, spa-like escape anchored by a solid surface freestanding tub and Champagne Bronze fixtures. A recessed medicine cabinet with built-in outlet, marble shelf detailing, and microcement wall finish bring layers of luxury and texture. The custom oak vanity and wall-mounted widespread faucet elevate the room with timeless appeal and function.

04 addition + garage remodel
To meet the needs of a growing household, we added 505 sq ft of new living space, including two additional bedrooms and reconfigured circulation. The new layout optimizes flow and brings in more natural light, creating harmony between the old and new parts of the home. The addition ties seamlessly into the original structure through consistent materials and rooflines, preserving curb appeal while increasing square footage. Additionally, The garage received a sleek, modern makeover to align with the home’s updated aesthetic. We replaced the traditional garage door with a contemporary black aluminum-framed frosted glass door—bringing in diffused natural light while maintaining privacy. The interior was refinished to function flexibly as a gym, creative workspace, or future ADU conversion. Clean stucco siding in matte charcoal, upgraded lighting, and fresh landscaping bring the detached structure into visual harmony with the rest of the home.
05 EXTERIOR
Outside, the home’s entire façade was resurfaced and painted in a deep, matte charcoal tone to contrast against clean white trim and natural wood accents. We updated the garage with a modern black-framed frosted glass door and added a new rear ADU door with full glass paneling. Minimal landscaping and updated lighting completed the look, bringing a polished, contemporary curb appeal that reflects the home’s new interior soul.
