Culver City: Before the Transformation
The Culver city home had great potential but was weighed down by an outdated design. The kitchen was hidden away, making the layout feel disconnected. Old cabinets, worn-out tiles in the master bath, and inconsistent room colors made the space feel outdated and uncoordinated. Additionally, the overall functionality of the home was lacking, with a layout that didn’t maximize space efficiently.

Culver City: The Process
The homeowners envisioned a modern space with a soft, inviting aesthetic. We brought this vision to life by incorporating curves, optimizing the layout, and creating an open-concept design that transformed the flow of the home. To achieve this, the home underwent a complete demolition of the outdated interior, removing walls that restricted movement and limited natural light. The entire layout was reimagined to create an open, cohesive space where functionality and design merged seamlessly.

Culver City: Transformation
The kitchen was relocated to the entrance, opening up the space and providing a stunning view of the backyard. A curved wall was introduced to elegantly separate the kitchen from the bedrooms while maintaining a sense of openness. A new powder room was added for additional convenience, while the master bedroom and bathroom were completely renovated with modern finishes and a more functional layout. To enhance the aesthetic, limewash walls were applied, adding a soft and sophisticated texture to the space. The result? A seamless, contemporary home that feels more spacious, inviting, and cohesive than ever before.

Tarzana : Before the Transformation
The Topeka home had good bones but was trapped in an outdated aesthetic. The kitchen was missing the modern organic design elements, the railing felt old-fashioned, and the entire space needed more light to create a brighter and more welcoming atmosphere.

To transform this home, we tore down the entire outdated kitchen, replacing it with a brand-new modern space featuring high-end finishes and improved functionality. Walls were removed to create an open-concept design, enhancing the flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The master bedroom was completely renovated, incorporating elegant new materials and a more efficient layout. Additionally, older windows were replaced with larger, modern ones, dramatically increasing natural light throughout the home and making the space feel brighter and more expansive.

Tarzana : Transformation
The kitchen became the heart of the home, featuring a custom designer slab island, seamless slab backsplash, and top-of-the-line Viking stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, oversized refrigerator, and professional-grade range. An open-concept layout improved the flow between the kitchen, great room, and dining area, maximizing both space and natural light. Custom cabinetry enhanced functionality and aesthetic appeal, while the dining room was upgraded with wide-plank wood floors and custom lighting, creating the perfect space for entertaining.
The great room was transformed with a designer fireplace, custom finishes, and large new windows that flood the space with daylight. The formal living room was refined into a cozy, elegant retreat with thoughtful details. Outdoor spaces were equally revitalized, featuring a lush backyard and a newly installed pool that seamlessly extends the living area. Now, the home exudes modern sophistication while maintaining a warm, inviting atmosphere, perfectly balancing luxury and comfort.
