Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of architectural design experience
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and detailing
- Experience with new construction, additions, and high-end remodels
- Proficient in Chief Architect preferred; AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit experience also considered
- Ability to prepare construction drawings and coordinate with consultants
- Solid understanding of California residential building codes
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- This is not a freelance or remote position
Responsibilities
- Design luxury custom homes
- Prepare permit and construction drawings
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and city departments
- Collaborate closely with our construction team from concept to completion
- Assist with material selections and design development
