The kitchen is the heart of the home, and at Rancho Palos Verdes, the design is focused on seamless functionality, warm textures, and luxurious finishes. From light oak cabinetry to satin bronze hardware and gold accents, every element has been carefully selected to create a cohesive, high-end space that is both inviting and timeless.
The foundation of the kitchen is built upon light oak cabinets, which bring a natural warmth and organic feel to the space. To complement the cabinetry we added Cabinet Knobs in satin bronze to add a subtle yet sophisticated touch, and a Cabinet Bar to provide a sleek, modern contrast while maintaining a cohesive bronze finish as well as matching satin bronze handles for the refrigerator and dishwasher,
The kitchen’s vinyl flooring is a durable, water-resistant surface with a natural wood-inspired finish that complements the cabinetry. A standout feature of the kitchen is the stunning Arabescato Corchia Gold marble countertop. This luxurious slab, with its bold veining and gold accents, serves as the centerpiece of the kitchen, creating a sophisticated, timeless appeal. To enhance the space, we introduced arched openings, adding a timeless architectural element that softens transitions and elevates the design.

There’s something special about stepping into a space that feels like you—a place that’s both luxurious and comforting. For Victoria, her bathroom is more than just a functional space; it’s a personal retreat where she starts and ends her day. With soft, modern finishes and thoughtful details, it strikes the perfect balance between elegance and warmth.
The heart of the bathroom is the 24” floating vanity, a sleek and modern piece that exudes understated luxury. Its brass handle ties seamlessly into the room’s gold accents, keeping the design cohesive and refined. Above it, faucet in champagne bronze adds a touch of warmth, making even the simple act of washing up feel indulgent. Lighting plays a huge role in setting the mood, and the Pendant in gold does just that. Its soft glow adds warmth to the room, creating a relaxed ambiance that makes every moment in the space feel just a little more special.

Designed with carefully curated materials and refined finishes, this space balances warmth, texture, and sleek modern elements to create a functional yet effortlessly stylish retreat. The lime wash finish on the walls gives the room a soft, organic texture, adding depth and character. This subtle yet striking finish perfectly complements the gold accents throughout the space, enhancing the overall ambiance with an understated, natural elegance. At the heart of the powder room is a beautifully crafted vanity area. The wood covering on the vanity wall introduces a touch of warmth, balancing the cooler tones of the Pietra Bianca porcelain slab. This polished porcelain surface not only enhances the space with its sleek, reflective finish but also exudes a refined sense of luxury. The single-hole bathroom faucet, finished in gold, elevates the vanity with its clean lines and luxurious aesthetic.
Lighting plays a key role in enhancing the modern aesthetic of this powder room. The Pendant Lights in gold provide a soft, ambient glow, bringing warmth and depth to the space. The Oval Wall Mirror, also in gold, adds a touch of refined luxury, reflecting light to create a brighter, more spacious feel. Small details make all the difference, and this powder room is no exception. The towel ring and toilet paper holder, both in gold, seamlessly tie into the room’s cohesive color palette, ensuring a harmonious, polished look. Grounding the entire design is the Travertine Tiles. Their matte finish provides a neutral yet visually appealing base, bringing a subtle texture that perfectly complements the room’s refined elegance.

04 JACK & JILL BATHROOM
The Jack & Jill bathroom is designed to be both functional and stylish, offering a harmonious blend of warm wood tones, elegant gold accents, and sleek modern finishes. Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen to create a space that is timeless, inviting, and up to California code standards. At the heart of the bathroom is a oak vanity, providing ample storage while maintaining a natural, earthy aesthetic. Complementing the vanity, the single-hole vessel bathroom faucet in brushed bronze adds a refined touch, blending seamlessly with the gold-framed arched mirror, which enhances the space with light and warmth.
Flanking the mirror, two Wall Sconces in natural brass offer a soft, ambient glow, making the vanity area a bright and inviting focal point. Designed for relaxation, the bathroom includes the soaking bathtub with a right-hand drain, perfect for unwinding. The shower fixture is built to California code, ensuring both compliance and comfort, and a tub filler will be added for convenience.
The wall tiles, extending from the bathtub to the vanity wall and into the shampoo niche, feature Travertine tiles, creating a cohesive and serene aesthetic. The flooring is finished with Snow tiles, offering a clean, modern base that complements the warm textures of the vanity and shower walls. To complete the look, the walls will be finished with a soft lime wash, bringing in an organic texture and depth that enhances the overall ambiance of the space. For added convenience, the bathroom features a Bidet Toilet with a heated seat, nightlight, and soft-close function, making it as comfortable as it is stylish.
